The current portrait of the city is based on selected statistics and indicators which describe demographic, social and economic phenomena.
This year's edition keeps previous scheme, both substantive, in terms of indicators and data, and editorial - split on three parts.
The first part gathers the most important statistical information describing Łódź from 1975 to 2011.
The second part contain a rich collection of data characterising various aspects of economic and social life of the city in recent years. Due to two-year editorial cycle, the statistical issue presented in this part, concern years 2010 and 2011.
The third part presents selected statistical data concerning the large cities of Poland.
