The Statistical Office in Łódź is pleased to present the next edition of the Statistical Yearbook of the Łódzkie Voivodship, which as in previous years, is edited in Polish-English version. The publication contains the wide set of statistical information characterizing the living standards of inhabitants and the economic potential of the voivodship as well as state of the environment.
The review tables containing data on the voivodship on the background of the country in 2015 as well as comparison across the years 2000, 2005 and 2008-2015 are presented at the beginning of the publication. The Yearbook consists of more than two hundred statistical tables grouped, as in previous editions, in twenty three subject-matter chapters. Each chapter is preceded by the explanatory notes on terminology and methodology. The information has been supplemented with graphs concerning selected phenomena.
