This publication is the following edition of collective study of the Statistical Office in Lodz on environmental protection. The study contains a broad set of statistical information characterizing the state of the natural environment in lodzkie voivodship and the factors influencing them over the last years. The arrangement of the contents and data presentation methods have been chosen to describe, as completely as possible, the complex influence of the human activities on environment. The study presents the scope, trends and dynamics of qualitative and quantitative ecological changes in the lodzkie voivodship.
